- Description
- A solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 5995-01-116-4246, a Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical, P/N 35302-176. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a source controlled item with only one approved source of supply, Kidde Technologies, Inc, CAGE 73168. The Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 372 each; Option Year EAQ: 372 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Destination; Delivery 96 days ARO. A surge requirement of 25 also applies every 30 days after date of award. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 11, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
