- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to solicite, for a firm, fixed price supply contract to be negotiated on a 100% small business set-aside basis for ANALOG TELEPHONE INSTRUMENTS in support of Commander Navy Region, Yokosuka Japan. Required delivery is on or before 30 April 2009 with inspection and acceptance FOB Destination U.S Fleet Ativities Yokosuka, Japan.. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 MARCH 2009 with a closing of 6 April 2009. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price supply type contract. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Contractors Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO web site: www.neco.navy.mil under Business Opportunities. The solicitation number is N00406-09-T-0794. The Government WILL NOT distribute hard-copy solicitations or amendments. Subsequent amendments (if any) will be transmit! ted solely via the NECO web site. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking the NECO web site early and frequently for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offerors should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued. The NECO web site is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the document posted on the referenced web site.
