- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA5570-09-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Fire Department Control Center Voice Recording System. All offered solutions must clearly identify brand name, make and model number. Offerors must include descriptive literature of all offered hardware and software. // CLIN 0001 : Provide all software and hardware to record up to 16 analog ports, 8 digital extensions and 4 VOIP channels. // CLIN 0002 : Delivery, Installation, and Commisioning to: 420 ABG/CES, Bldg 31 RAF Fairford,Glos, GL7 4DL, UK // CLIN 0003 : One (1) Year 24/7 telephone support and office hour site visits. // The clause at FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration applies to this solicitation // The provisions at FAR 52.211-6 "Brand Name or Equal" applies to this solicitation //The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. //The provisions at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
