- INFORMATION The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA., intends to procure tools and TMDE. This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to The Light Brigade Inc. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or by submitting a proposal. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 1 day after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
