For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. *** PRON: AX9F0277AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 150 minimum to 900 maximum of a Panel, Indicating, Li, NSN: 6220-21-909-7675, Part Number: 622-601140-001 applicable to the BE (UH-60 (Blackhawk)). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 150; 2nd Year, 195; 3rd Year, 185; 4th Year, 185; and 5th Year, 185. F.O.B. with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery is 150 each 150 days after contract award (DACA). The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This item is restricted to CMC Electronics Inc., Cage Code: 90073. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
