- Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government office located at the Wisdom Ranger District, Wisdom, Montana, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for offices, copier rooms,break rooms, bathrooms, and the conference area. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions. The Wisdom Ranger District is located at Forest Service Road, P.O. Box 238, Wisdom, Montana. Services are to be provided in one building of approximately 4936 square feet. This work is being solicited as a performance based, commercial item contract. Performance based means the Contractor is responsible for a quality end product. Period of performance is from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010 with three option years contingent upon funding. The successful quoter must provide proof of all permits and licenses to conduct business and operate in the State of Montana. No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the worksite. A background check may be required on Contractor and any employee(s) prior to award. Upon request, a social security number shall be provided to the Contracting Officer. A scheduled site visit is not planned. Interested companies shall download and print the solicitation from FedBizOpps under the R1-Eastside Acquisition Team (ESAT) which includes the Beaverhead-Deerldoge National Forest.
