- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL intends to solicit Alabama Fluid System Technologies INC 26148 Capital Drive/Shute H Daphne AL 36526-9108, on a sole-source basis for a 120 each of Hose Assembly 1/4"". This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition because the government does not own the technical data package or specifications for this Hose Assembly. The Hose Assembly manufactured by Alabama Fluid System Technologies are the only Hose Assembly that have been tested, certified, and approved by the US Navy. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 213112, and the FSC Code is 4730, and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
