- Purchase Description Rev - 11 March 2009 Statement of Work -Rev 9 Mar 2009 This is a Request for Proposal for five Pneumatic Valve Test Stands at Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, trransportation, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide five Pneumatic Valve Test Stands. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 336413 with a size standard 1,000 employees. All contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Regisration (CCR) and with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated. Closing date for all RFP 24 April 2009, 12:00PM central time. Please provide all responses to the RFP to Brenda.Nero@tinker.af.mil.
