Description
GSA is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective March 24, 2009, electronically only. The Schedule is entitled "FSC 72, Part II, Furnishings: Lamps/Lighting Fixtures, Window Treatments, Coordinating Bedspreads, Cubicle Curtains, Wall Art, Artificial Plants For Indoor Use, Decorative Wall and Tabletop Accessories, and Fabric (International Only). The solicitation number is 3FNG-PL-990008-B, Refreshed #3. This refreshed solicitation replaces the solicitation (Refreshed #2) issued 07/31/08. The solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files. Search using Solicitation Number 3FNG-PL-990008-B (include the dashes). The solicitation includes clauses, which must be completed and returned by all offerors. The only changes to the solicitation from the previous refreshed solicitation are the point of contact and address for mailing offer. Contracting questions should be directed to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous. Resultant contracts will be for five (5) years, with three (3) five (5) year options to your contract, for a total of twenty (20) years if performance is satisfactory. The options are not guaranteed. Some of the measurements of satisfactory performance will be such things as adequate sales, quality performance, and timely IFF payments. One of the most important evaluative factors will be participation in the GSA Advantage! Program. None of these options will be exercised unless your firm has posted its contract information to the GSA Advantage! Website. All offers received will have 6 months after award of a Federal Supply Schedule contract to submit their electronic catalog to GSA Advantage! website. All contracts will be indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts with a $2500 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding provisions. We actively solicit offers from 8(a) firms for the products/services found under this MAS solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Two (2) completed copies of the solicitation along with any required attachments, also in duplicate, shall be mailed to: General Services Administration-FAS; Integrated Workplace Acquisition Center (3QSADA); Attn: 3FNG-PL-990008-B; 20 NORTH EIGHTH STREET, 10th floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107-3191 The solicitation is available on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov as a Microsoft Word format document.
