Description

Revised SOW Amendment 0002 Solicitation Amendment to Solicitation Attachment 2 (Tooling) The following acquisition contains equipment on a Federal Supply Schedule. The following model Monarch VMC-175B, CNC Vertical Machine Center is available on GSA Mesa Machinery Services Inc. GSA contract is GS-06F-0078S. The clause 52.208-9 Contractor Use of Mandatory Sources of Supply or Services apply. 0001 - CNC Vertical Machining Center. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all machinery provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the SOW. 0002 - Incidentals. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials and other incidentals necessary to set-up on-site, rigging, utility hook ups, tools, programming, test results required of on-site acceptance testing, training on-site and documentation. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's specifications and the SOW. 0003 - Tooling IAW Attachment 2.
