- The purpose of this posting is to inform the public of the Governments intent to award a sole source service contract to G & M Services, 954 Dezonia Dr., Bldg 1001, Holloman Air Force Base, NM 88330-1116. This 2 month base period with 4 one-month options will serve as a bridge so that these essential services can continue while the follow on competition process can be achieved. It will be announced on FedBizOpps.com and at the Mission Installation and Contracting Command, White Sands Directorate home page at http://143.84.21.9/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, White Sands Directorate intends to award to G & M Services, 954 Dezonia Dr., Bldg 1001, Holloman Air Force Base, NM 88330-1116 on a sole source basis for a 2 month base period with 4 one-month options performance period. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W9124Q-09-REFUELING.
