- Amendment Solicitation 8010---- SOLICITATION NUMBER FA8125-09-0109, OC-ALC/PKEA TINKER AFB OK 73145-9124. ITEM 0001- PR-5044 ONE PART ELDORADO PAINT STRIPPER. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% SOLE-SOURCE TO AERO-SOLUTIONS, INC. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 25 March 2009. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 26 March 2009. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from www.fedbizopps.gov. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be sent from this office. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
