- Terms and Conditions RFQ Cover and Pricing Sheet SOW Exhibits Security guard services for the Tycon Court House, 2070 Chain Bridge Road, Vienna, VA. Only contractors proposing guards with secret clearances at time of quotation submission and that can provide guard service on April 1, 2009 will be considered. The new guards must hold a Secret Clearance and have all DHS adjudication clearances and be able to report for duty on 1 April 2009 during the following times: (FACILITY AND GUARD CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTE) Post #6 3rd floor 0600-1400 Fixed/rover Post #7 2nd floor 0600-1400 Fixed/rover Post #8 4th floor 0700-1500 Fixed/rover Post #9 G level 0800-1600 Fixed/rover Post #10 4th floor 1000-1800 Fixed/rover These posts will be required to escort uncleared visitors as needed. Along with your pricing, please forward three references as award will be based on past performance and price. PLEASE NOTE CLOSING DATE OF MARCH 26, 2009 @ 3:00 P.M. EASTERN TIME.
