- NSN: 1615-01-257-5796, P/N: 7-311511137-31, NOUN: Rod End Assy, QUANTITY: Minimum/240 each Maximum/500 each three years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to BJ: AH-64 AIRFRAME. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 240 each 390 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is not applicable or First Article Testing is waived 240 each 260 days after contract award. Production Lead-time when Alternate II clause is recommended is 240 each 325 days after contract award with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Cage 8V613, Timken Aerospace Transmissions LLC Cage 15152 and JACO Engineering Cage 1H427. This part requires engineering source approval by design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. No telephone request will be accepted.
