- RFP N69450-09-R-4315, Janitorial Services, Naval Air Station, Key West, FL. The work includes providing scheduled and unscheduled janitorial services. The contract will contain a base performance period commencing 1 October 2009 and option provisions for four twelve month extensions for a total contract term not to exceed sixty months. The method of procurement will be the competitive source selection negotiation process resulting in a firm fixed price commercial facility service contract. Both price and technical proposals will be required. The evaluation factors will consist of experience, past performance, and price. Experience and past performance, when combined, are equal to price. The resultant award will be made to that responsible offeror who proposes the most advantageous offer to the Government, price and other factors considered. The anticipated release date of the RFP documents is 20 April 2009 with an anticipated proposal due date of 22 May 2009. ! The date and time for the site visit/preproposal conference will be announced at a later date. The RFP documents will be available electronically at www.neco.navy.mil under solicitation number N69450-09-R-4315. The official plan holder list will be maintained on and available at www.neco.navy.mil. All amendments will be available at www.neco.navy.mil. This will be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments. Offerors are to be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov. Failure to register may result in the successful offeror being ineligible for award. All contractual and technical inquiries shall be submitted via email to Joe W. Delawder.
