- 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTALLATION: There are two buildings to be cleaned within this contract, including the building interior and exterior, outside walkways, landscaping, and parking areas. The Ranger District office is about 10,000 square feet and the Service Center is about 2,500 square feet. Both are being cleaned under a current contract price of $2,250 per month. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this contract is to provide for janitorial services in a Government owned building in strict compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions contained in the solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and supplies (except as specified as Government furnished) necessary to maintain the buildings in a clean, sanitary and acceptable condition. Performance will be according to the standards indicated in the solicitation. The contract will commence on June 1, 2009 and continue through Mar. 31, 2010, with four additional option years possible.
