- Repair Toilet in Lab Men's Room W estinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting the services of a qualified plumbing contractor to repair the wall mounted toilet in the LAB building men's room (Bldg 806, Room 36-144). The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and debris disposal. All repairs to be in relative form, fit and function. The work scope to include: Inspection and replacement of any damaged section of the toilet discharge pipe. Replacement of the wall mounted seal and wall adapter. Remounting of the Kohler wall mounted unit (LAB-TOIL-101). Restore water supply to toilet & verify proper operation and drain to be leak free. Repairs to the drywall, studs, and coatings as needed that were damaged as a result of repairs or to ensure finish. Re-finish & paint areas of wall repair (color to match FED-STD-595 color 27769).
