- The Contractor shall provide personnel to perform mailroom services for the US Army Corps of Engineers Finance Center Millington. The contractors personnel shall be responsible for receiving, verifying, formatting, shredding, scanning, and filing of all incoming mail. The contractors personnel shall also be responsible for the outgoing process of documents issued and/or received at the USACE FC. Contractor will be required to commence work on or around 1 June 2009. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business utilizing NAICS 561499 with $6.5M. This synopsis and any resulting solicitation, including documents/information related to this procurement, will be available over the Internet @ www.fbo.gov. At this time, no solicitation exists, so please do not request a copy of a solicitation. When a solicitation is released it will be posted on FedBizOpps. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of any resulting solicitation/amendments. Questions will only be received via email to Celestine Evans. You are requested to notify Celestine Evans (celestine.g.evans@usace.army.mil) with your name, company size and your interest in proposing on any potential solicitation as a prime contractor or subcontractor.
