- USCG ISC Alameda Procurement Division intends to procure services for the Renovating and Refreshing of the Laundry Room and Adjacent Passageway in Building 15 on Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 21-09-319623137 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 09 April 2009 to close 18 days from RFQ issue date. The anticipated award will be on or about 30 April 2009. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, utilizing best value technically acceptable. References and examples of completed projects that are comparable to the requirements of this project shall be submitted to the office of the Contract Specialist in order for your quote to be considered for award. This contract will be considered firm fixed-price. The US Coast Guard requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.govn in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Please do not call or e-mail with questions or concerns until the Request for Quote has been posted. Thank you.
