- DRAFT Statement of Work - Juvenile Sex Offender Services DRAFT Statement of Work - Juvenile Offender Mental Health Services DRAFT Statement of Work - Non-Secure Juvenile Services NOTICE OF PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE RFI 200-1056-SC is hereby amended to announce that the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) will be holding a Pre-Solicitation Conference in order to improve the understanding of the BOP's requirements and industry capabilities. Parties interested in attending the conference must direct their response to Michael Connors, Contracting Officer, via email at m1connors@bop.gov. Responses must be received by April 2, 2009 at 2:00 pm EST and include ALL of the following: 1. Responses to the previously posted RFI questions. 2. Company you will represent. 3. Your name. 4. Your affiliation with the company you will be representing. 5. Your contact information (Phone, Fax, Mailing Address, and Email) 6. Any questions you may have regarding the services or process of the potential solicitation. Attached for your reference are DRAFT copies of the "Statement of Work" for each individual service described in RFI 200-1056-SC. Please review each document and include any questions, comments, or concerns you may have with your submission to the above mentioned items. The Pre-Solicitation Conference for RFI 200-1056-SC will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico on April 21, 2009. Upon receipt of complete responses the Contracting Officer will inform respondents of exact time and location of the conference. All submissions must be made directly to the Contracting Officer at the above mentioned email address, third party submissions will not be accepted. Any interested party who may have previously responded to RFI 200-1056-SC is asked to submit a response including the additional information requested in this amendment if they wish to attend the Pre-Solicitation conference. Respondents are reminded that pursuant to FAR 15.201(e) responses to RFI notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
