- Description: Procurement of a Dynachill Energy Storage Chiller. The item will be delivered to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Bldg. 510, Shop 51, Portsmouth, VA, 23709-5000. This requirement is Sole Source. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The required delivery date is 7 Months (210 calendar days) after receipt of order. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. This solicitation will not be available on DIBBS till 27 March 09. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF).
