Appendix C - Saftey Appendix A - Equipment List Performance Work Statement Services Non-Personal: The Air Force has issued an award contract to Southwest Solutions Group for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to disassemble, relocate and reassemble of a Mega Star Vertical Carousel from Building 3001 to Building 9001,Model The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) is line item will be used. The contract was awarded on 18 March 2009. The period of performance is 19 March 09 - 17 June 09. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals will be considered within 5 days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The government does not own the data rights or the processes for repair of these scopes. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
