- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION UTILIZING EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS AWARD PROCEDURES. The work is to take place at Randolph AFB, Texas. The general work includes relamping hanger 75 and 76 with high-efficiency lighting. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Request for Proposal will be issued 2 Apr 09 with a response due by 15 Apr 09.
