- Air Force District of Washington Acquisition Division, Anacostia Annex, DC, intends to award a sole source bridge contract to Mantech SRS Technologies Inc. This bridge contract is a solution utilized to fill the time gap, since we are currently in the acquisition planning phase for the follow on contract. Mantech will provide 940 hours of subject matter specialist II time and 1880 hours of senior scientist time to support AF/A5RC's Non-Nuclear Consumables Annual analysis. Mantech will also provide 1880 hours of subject matter specialist II, 470 hours of subject matter specialist I, 940 hours of senior engineering specialist and 470 hours of principal operations research analyst II time to support AF/A9's model maintenance and user community support tasks for the BRAWLER Air to Air Engagement Model and the Combat Forces Assessment Model. Mantech is intimately familiar with these tasks and has an excellent history of past performance delivering this type of service. Therefore, Mantech SRS Technologies Inc. is the suggested source to fulfill this requirement in the abrupt timeframe requested. The award will be made on or about 23 March 09. This acquisition will be a Fixed Price award. This is a Fiscal Year 2008 requirement and is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, (Apr 1984).
