NSN 1680-01-476-2630, PR number 0021359144, Crash ATT Troup Sea used on the CH-53 Helicopter. Solicitation is for 28 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA within 491 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source is IAI North America, Inc., cage 9F398, P/N ND122000-502. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is April 07, 2009 and the closing date is May 07, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
