- Please see the attached PP Q&A NOTICE OF UPDATE TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE LTRS SE&I ACQUISITION This is an update to the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) program office release of FINAL RFP for the LTRS Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) acquisition. These Questions/Clarifications were taken from Offeror questions pertaining to the final RFP posted 10 March 09. The responses provided in the attached document entitled 'LTRS SE&I Past Performance Q&A_23 Mar09' clarify information pertaining to Past Performance Volume V only. There is no change to the submittal date of the Past Performance Volume, which remains 25 March 09. These changes will be formalized with a forthcoming RFP amendment. For this acquisition, the anticipated NAICS code is 541712 (size standard 1000 employees). Release of this notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice.
