- An optional pre-quote meeting will be held at the Deschutes National Forest, 1001 SW Emkay Dr., Bend, OR on March 31 at 2:00 pm. Forest Service officials will provide an overview of the solicitation, quoting/bidding requirements, and answer questions. Vendors are encouraged to submit questions ahead of time to Juanita Johnson at juanitajohnson@fs.fed.us or fax to 541-383-5544. A summary of the questions with corresponding answers will also be posted to this site after the meeting.
