This is a critical safety item The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 07 Apr 09. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 07 May 09. The anticipated award date will be July 09. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Copies of the solicitation must be obtained from the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov. Data must be obtained from the TeDs website at www.dodteds.com only after the solicitation has been issued. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
