- W912BV-09-R-1010 THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. The MATOC is for use within SWD boundaries; it is anticipated that up to five (5) contracts will be awarded. Efforts include preparing and painting large industrial structures and hydraulic stationary and floating structures such as gates, catwalks, bridges, stop logs, and equipment; minor structural repair work and general repair work on these structures. Paint Tainter Gate #1 at Fall River Dam in Kansas will be the initial task order for this MATOC. Contractor is to purchase required materials and provide equipment, labor, and management to perform all required work to clean Tainter Gate #1 to bare metal and apply the specified paint system, in accordance with specifications. Estimated cost range of the MATOC will not exceed $49.5M; minimum guaranteed amount for the base year is $5,000 with no guaranteed minimum for the remaining four (4) option years. All technical and engineering data related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Business Opportunites site, fbo.gov. Issue date on or about 18 March 2009.
