- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the following software and maintenance - 2 each PacketShaper 10000 ROHS COMPLNT CPPR, 2 each Packeteer Gigabit LAN Expan Mod, 2 each BLUECOAT 1 year 24X7 L1-L3 SW ONLY, 2 each BLUECOAT 1 year NBD SUP HW ONLY PS 1000 for the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. Alternate items will not be evaluated for this requirement. This requirement is to upgrade an existing system. This equipment and maintenance will enhance the quality and speed of current network connections. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 test program procedures. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated.
