- Solicitation will be for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), including a 2-year base term and 3 1-year option terms. NSN for this solicitation is 4130-01-482-5062. Annual Demand Quantity is 24,000 each. Required delivery schedule will be 30 days after date of award/order. All deliveries are to be FOB-Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (Stock). This acquisition will be Unrestricted (Small Business set-asides do NOT apply). Proposals will be evaluated on Low Price/Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER April 7, 2009. Copies of the RFP/solicitation can be obtained AFTER April 7, 2009 by accessing: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage, select “Search RFP/IFBs” from the top menu bar.
