- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott AFB IL will procure installation of a new vane inlet assembly on an air handling unit within DISA DITCO, Scott AFB IL. This requirement was orginally solicited via FedBizopps on 24 February 2009 as a set-aside for small business and no responses or quotations were received. This procurement is now being solicited unrestricted. Please note that quotations will not be accepted by the Government without a site survey being performed. Once awarded all services shall be completed no later than 17 April 2009. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 27 March 2009. All questions shall be in written form and sent to Amanda.Hund@disa.mil. No Oral communications are acceptable. The resulting award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. If at anytime the Government determines that the requested services are no longer required, the Government reserves the right to not make an award. The Government also reserves the right to award without discussions. All Quotations are due no later than Wednesday, 01 April 2009 at 10:00 am (CST). Oral communications are not acceptable.
