Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a Solicitation or Request For Price (RFP). The formal solicitation document (HSCG38-09-R-J00005) is expected to be available April 23, 2009. This announcement is for the purchase of various Fitting Assemblies used on the USCG H-60 Helicopter. The solicitation number is HSCG38-09-R-J00005. The contract is estimated to be a one-year base period with two 1 year option periods. Items are to be delivered to USCG, Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) Receiving Section, Bldg 63, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, 27909-5001. Final acceptance shall be at destination. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for the items. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract. Delivery is desired within 120 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources may request a copy of the solicitation in writing. Request for Solicitation may be submitted by indicating solicitation number. Only written, emailed, or facsimile requests will be honored. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
