- Description
- This is a market survey to locate potential sources for a five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the AN/ASN-128D Doppler GPS Navigation Sets (DGNS). The contract requirements will include hardware production, repair, engineering technical support, integration and test support, and software updates for the AN/ASN-128D Doppler GPS Navigation Set. The AN/ASN-128D is a pre-planned product improvement to the AN/ASN-128B DGNS which resulted in hardware and software enhancements to provide enhanced GPS capability and Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) capability to the system. The hardware production and delivery requirements shall include multiple component items comprising the AN/ASN-128D Doppler GPS Navigation Set, NSN 5841-01-531-1512. The items include the CV-3338B-ASN-128D Signal Data Converters (SDCs), NSN 5895-01-518-8783, the CP-1252C Computer Display Unit (CDU), NSN 5841-01-399-5513, the RT-1193A Receiver-Transmitter, NSN 5841-01-318-0654 as well as SDC and CDU Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs). The SDC circuit cards include the GPS Receiver Assembly, NSN 5998-01-530-3442, the Doppler module Assembly, NSN 5998-01-530-4534, and the Power Supply Assembly, NSN 5998-01-530-3871. The CDU circuit card assemblies include the LED I/O CCA, NSN 5998-01-436-1891, the I/O T/P CCA, NSN 5998-01-135-2363, the CPU/MEM CCA, NSN 5998-01-436-1892, and the CDU Post Regulator CCA, NSN 5998-01-135-2366. The Government is not in possession of a complete technical data package for the AN/ASN-128D. Suppliers capable of providing the hardware and support services must so indicate in writing to PM-AME Field Office, ATTN: SFAE-AV-AS-AME (Johnston), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5064. The responses must include documentation such as drawings, test results, and other technical information demonstrating that the supplier can provide the required hardware, software and services.
