- Provide bulk diesel (on-road, ultra low sulfur) fuel to the following locations.1,000 gallon tank, Kabetogama Fueling Station, 9940 Cedar Lane, Kabetogama, MN 566691,000 gallon tank, Ash River Fueling Station, 9759 Meadwood Road, Orr, MN 55771 Quoters shall indicate the discount amount (in dollars/cents, not percent) offered off the average daily street price for International Falls, MN. Award shall be made to the quoter offering the greatest discount. Price shall include all delivery and shipping charges. Each fill ticket/invoice shall note tank location, quantity, street price per gallon, discount as quoted by contractor, and final delivery price for each tank. Fuel usage estimate is 6,000-6,300 gals. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract; quantity shown is estimate only; actual quantity may be more or less. Deliveries shall only be made at the request of the Government. The following persons are authorized to request fuel deliveries by telephone:--(Primary) Sherry Stemm, Budget Analyst--(Backups) Monica Olson, Maintenance Work Leader; Bill Carlson, Maintenance Mechanic Foreman; Bill Johnson, Maintenance Work Leader. Fuel shall be delivered within 48 hours of request. Fuel shall be delivered 03/30/2009 through 9/15/2009; the last fill delivered as close to 9/15/09 as possible. Quantity of each delivery shall vary from 75-1,000 gallons per fill. Please indicate here if you can meet all delivery schedules:___________. Payments shall be made to the vendor by electronic funds transfer, 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Contractor Registrations:All contractors doing business with the federal government are required to have current registrations in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and in the On Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.orca.bpn.gov.
