- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION UTILIZING DIRECT 8(a) AWARD PROCEDURES. A UNILATERAL OFFER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND ACCEPTED BY THE SBA SAN ANTONIO DISTRICT OFFICE. The work is to take place at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. The general work includes removal and replacement of concrete slabs on taxiway and apron (T03A, A19B, T21A). The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The request for proposal was issued on 5 Mar 09 and will close on or about 31 Mar 09.
