- ***SOLICITATION ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is April 9, 2009. *** Project includes trail clearing and grubbing, excavation, switchback construction, rock retaining wall construction, trail restoration and trail obliteration work. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The project location is approximately 22 miles east of Roseburg, OR via State Highway 138, Roseburg District, Bureau of Land Management, Douglas County, Oregon. The Government estimate is between $ 25,000 and $ 100,000. Offers are due by close of business on May 14, 2009. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 75 calendar days. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2009. This contract is NOT set-aside for small business pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Act.
