Item to be procured I/A/W DRAWING 80064 860337 BASIC AMEND NR E TYPE NUMBER This solicitation will be made available on it's issue date of April 7, 2009 at HTTPS:WWW.DIBBS.DLA.MIL/. PLEASE NOTE; THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE ISSUE DATE. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A written offer is required and is to be returned to the bid room at Defense Supply Center Columbus, PO Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, or can be faxed to 614-692-4275. Offerors are required to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network at htp: orca.bpn.gov. The following numbered notes apply: 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
