- Sole Source Intent. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Yuma, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with LGS Innovations, LLC, 5440 Millstream Road, Suite E210, McLeansville, NC 27201-9174. The award consists of 1 each Electrical Termination Parts and Installation LGS Backhaul Multi Link Point-to-Point Protocol solution as part of the Alcatel-Lucent Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) 2000. LGS Innovations, LLC, is the only US distributor of the items and these items are proprietary to Alcatel-Lucent. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334220 with a standard size of 750 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
