- Title:VIC TELEPHONE MAINTENANCE Purpose:This RFI is for Informational Purposes designed to Seek Qualified Sources The Department of Veterans Affairs is contemplating issuing a solicitation for Telephone Maintenance and desires to find Tadiran Authorized Telephone Maintenance Service Providers. The purpose of this RFI is to determine what is available in the current market and to establish an interested pool of qualified contractors. Required Feedback: 1: Provide a 1 Page narrative describing your company's qualifications and ability to perform work according to the attached Draft SOW. 2: Provide verification that your workforce is Authorized and Certified to work on Tadiran Brand telephone equipment. 3: Provide Contractor Information; Company Name / Contact Information / Associated Federal Supply Schedules or Where your services are available for procurement. Attachments:1: Draft Statement of Work (SOW) Attached is the Draft SOW. This SOW is currently in draft status and is subject to change.
