- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE),on behalf of HQDA, US ARMY Cost& Economic Analysis (ODASA-CE)intends to award a sole source contract under authority FAR 8.405-6 (b) (1)only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work, to PRICE Systems, LLC, 17000 Commerce Parkway, Suite A, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. PRICE Systems will provide the ODASA-CE with Army Wide Site licenses for the PRICE Estimating Suite, Training and Consulting Support. This action will result in a Firm Fixed price contract with a period of performance of one year. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no Request for Proposals available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT 25 March 2009, at 12:00PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice solely within the discretion of the Government.
