- Q: The USCG provided a Sample Vendor Response to be included as part of our response to this solicitation. Please clarify that Compliance Response Matrix is to be provided as a section of our technical proposal to be used for quick reference by the USCG. A: The Compliance Response Matrix will assist the CG in assuring offerors have addressed all areas of the Statement of Objectives. Q: I received notice this morning regarding the posting of questions and answers and also saw that more will be posted later this week. Can you please advise if the drawings that ****** requested are in process of being posted? We require the drawings so that we can go forward with our proposal. A: Facilities drawings will be provided soon; all other publications must be obtained by the offeror. Q: I cannot access the links provided on Fedbizopps for the picture file. Are the pictures still posted on the government’s site? Is there any other media I can obtain these pictures, they would be very helpful. A: Yes. A.zip file is available upon request to ginger.g.woodington@uscg.mil. Q: Is the SOW, QA Plan, Measurement Plan, Data Sheets, Resumes, Past Performance Summaries, or Table of Contents included in the 100-page limitation? A: Yes. Q22: Please confirm your Federal-Express shipping address as there was no SF 1449 included in the package. A22: Contracting Officer, Aviation Logistics Center, 1664 Weeksville Rd, Building 63, Elizabeth City, NC 27909, ATTN: Ginger Woodington. Q23: Please define the NAICS Code 488190 small business size, i.e., 500 employees, 1,000 employees? A23: SBA Size Standards Table lists NAICS Code 488190 size standard as $7M, not in number of employees. Q24: Could you check this and or arrange that I can pull down the Photo files? A24: Photo files have been uploaded to FBO. If you cannot open them, a.zip file is available upon request to ginger.g.woodington@uscg.mil. Q25: Also, we did not attend the industry day for this solicitation, is it possible for me to make a visit, and just see the equipment room and existing hardware?
