- Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0439, Purchase Request number 0021355212, NSN 6150-01-347-5681, CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL will be issued to established a Firm Fixed Price Contract to include a 100% Quantity Option and will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The quantity is 242 each for the base and option quantity. This is a source controlled item I/A/W drawing NR 78286-11900. This is a Critical Application item and Export Control Applies. Delivery for the base and quantity option is 124 days ARO. The approved source is Semco Instruments, Inc., Cage Code 24735, part number AA3080-6. The procurement terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance Destination with a delivery of 242 each for the base and option quantity. Parcel Post Address: New Cumberland, PA.
