- Solicitation Number: Notice Type:VA-260-09-RP-0275 Presolicitation Amendment with J&A6.302-1 Synopsis: In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the VAMC in Boise, Idaho purchased on a sole source basis with Getinge / Maquet for the procurement of a Modutec medium arm system due to the fact that we have thoroughly explored the other options and have determined that this is the product that would best suit our facility for room size limitations, ease of use for the employee and standardization of this critical and costly endoscopy equipment it will support. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. This amended notice serves to post the sole source justification and approval.
