- Solicitation HSCG84-09-Q-AA5317 for a facility for the World Maritime Day Parallel Event (WMDPE) in the borough of Manhattan, New York City, will be available on or about March 20, 2009 on the www.fbo.gov website. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number HSCG84-09-Q-AA5317. The closing date for this solicitation will be on or about March 27th, 2009. This requirement will be issued utilizing Full Open Competition procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 (Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels) with a size standard of $7.0 million. (For the calculation of annual receipts and number of employees see parts 121.104 and 121.106 in SBAs Small Business Size Regulations, http://www.sba.gov/regulations/121/.) Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. No paper copies of the solicitation and/or amendments will be distributed. All vendors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from the above site.
