- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSNESS ADMINISTRATION UTILIZING DIRECT 8(a) AWARD PROCEDURES. A UNILATERAL OFFER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND ACCEPTED BY THE SBA SAN ANTONIO DISTRICT OFFICE. The work is to take place at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. The general work includes replacing the taxiway lights on both the East and West runways. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
