- Contractors Site Visit: The scheduled date for contracts walk thought is Wednesday March 25, 2009 at 10:00 am. Due to security concerns, all interested contractors must register with the Project Officer, Jim Rice at 301-827-5154 prior to this date. Any contractor not registered prior to March 25, 2009 will not be allowed to enter the cold rooms. This is a visual site visit only, at no charge to the Government and inspection of the equipment components will not be allowed. Any additional questions pertaining to the solicitation and offers should be e-mailed to Jacqueline Richardson in the Contracting Officer at Jacqueline.Richardson@fda.hhs.gov and not to the Project Officer.
