- Description
- The US Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) at the Pentagon has relocated to 200 Stovall Street, Hoffman Building 2, Alexandria, VA 22332. The CCE intends to procure contractor support, hotel accommodations for family members of deceased soldiers arriving at Dover AFB, DE. The CMAOC has a requirement to contract with hotels in and around the following airport hubs, Dover AFB, Dover, DE, Philadelphia International Airport, Dulles International Airport, Thurgood Marshall International Airport, and Ronald Reagon Washington National Airport. The Government is requesting that industry representatives submit capability briefs outlining their amenities, support and an estimated daily rate. This information should be emailed to the following individual: Thomas Jones email: Thomas.Jones4@conus.army.mil by March 30, 2009. The Contracting POC for this requirement is Toye Latimore, Associate Director, CCE, ALPHA Team, Email: Toye.y.Latimore@us.army.mil. All capability briefs shall not exceed 50 pages in length and the subject line of each capability brief should state, CMAOC, W91WAW09SS03202009. A solicitation is expected to be released for this service between 1 and 30 April 2009. No information pertaining to the solicitation will be released telephonically. Prospective offerors desiring to gain more information and knowledge of the solicitation may download the solicitation once it is released at the CCE website: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/rfp/rfp_1.asp. No inquiries will be taken by telephone.
