Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Smithsonian ID/IQ F07CC10281. The Smithsonian Institution is seeking a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor materials and equipment needed to complete the proposed modernization alterations and upgrades to the existing electrical systems of the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center (SERC) located at 647 Contees Wharf Road, Edgewater, MD 21037. Duration of Contract is three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, and the annual size standard is $33,500,000. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $550,000 and $890,000. It is the Smithsonian's intent to exercise a pre-priced option to Work Order Contract No. F09CW00169 under ID/IQ Contract No. F07CC10281 to Edifice Group, Inc.
