- Description
- The purpose of the proposed acquisition is to charter one (1) U.S. flag vessel with coastwise endorsement to support the Government’s requirements in Panama City, Fl, and surrounding waters. The chartered vessel will support at-sea research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) of various equipment and operations. The period of performance will be for a firm period of one (1) year and include three (3) one-year options, and one eleven-month option. The vessel is required to be delivered on 01 October 2009 in Panama City, FL. The solicitation will be issued by 27 March 2009. Interested parties may view the RFP at www.msc.navy.mil under the "Contracts" tab, then select "Request for Proposal" and search for RFP N00033-09-R-2009.
